Robert, I was not "yelling" at you, but everyone doesn't realize how many emails I get every day that say "I found a bill with a stamp, but no entry" or bill hits with impossible travel times/distances because of what people like youself do. This site works on the honor system, and part of that is possessing and entering bills at the same time. If you break the rules, it creates MUCH more work for me to clean up the mess, and just makes it less fun for everyone else. Please play by the rules.
