Almost makes me want to stop doing this...
Hmmm, guess I am not the only guilty one
who is doing this. Guess this is my lesson
learned and slap on the hands for being a
bad boy. Maybe this rule in particular need to have and additional clause in it for these types of situations where the bill is returned to normal circulation.....

Now with a bad taste in my mouth,
-Robert

And to think I bought a George stamp too...
if I wanted to get yelled at I would ASK MY MOM TO DO IT FOR ME.

: As Kurt points out, it is against the rules to enter bills you don't have in your possession. Please DON'T enter any more bills unless you actually have them in your hand when you enter them. And DO READ the FAQ page!!

: Thanks,
: -Hank

:
: : : My Mom works at a convinience store and often comes across bills with WG stamped or written on it. She gave me a written down SN tonight (keeps it in circulation) but forgot the series.

: : Probably best to have her exchange one of her own bills for each WG bill she finds. Then she can give you the bill so you can enter it at WG while the bill is *in your hand*. This will help reduce erroneous entries and makes Hank's job easier.

: : The WG rules regarding similar situations is described in the FAQ (link below). It's the long answer near the end of the FAQ. Your situation isn't described explicitly but I think it fits the "or any other combination only leads to erroneous entries into the database" guideline.
