Hello All,

"Favorites" are now working.. If you are a registered user, you'll see a "Add this Bill to my WG Favorites" button under each Bill Report. You can optionally enter a description/note to save with the favorite. Once you save a favorite, you'll see a "Your Favorites" option under the "Your Bills" report. I still have some work to do (like deleting and grouping favorites), but it should basically work for now.

One question: Within two minutes of turning this on, people are *already* confusing "WG Bill Favorites" with their "IE browser favorites," so I'm looking for a better name, to prevent confusion. (And don't suggest "bookmarks" either).
