Well, I checked out Bullwinkles... GOOD LORD! I thought I had seen marked up bills before, but that was AMAZING!! Some of the best artwork on currency I've ever seen, along with some of the worst looking bills, too. HUGE numbers of them. I understand it's some type of lottery, and someone is going to win them all in the spring or summer.
