Subject: Anyone have any idea how new bills distributed?

I got a stack of new ones from a drugstore today, and the interesting thing is the Federal Reserve branch they are from. I am in Memphis, TN, and have entered over 1000 bills. Before today, the New York branch had the smallest percent of my entered bills, with only 30 bills. However, the new bills I received today are from the New York bank, and are 1999 bills.

Maybe no one cares, but this struck me as odd, especially since this is the first batch of uncirculated 1999 bills that I've seen. Anyone know why these new bills would be delivered in Memphis from New York? Is this normal? Is the 1999 series more likely to come from New York?
