: Hello All!
:
: I've been unofficially contacted by an unnamed U.S. government agency. They notified me that they have acquired several Where's George? stamped bills. These bills in question have been stamped many many times, obscuring the serial numbers and generally rendering the bills unfit to be re-issued. In one case, the corners of the bill were cut off (it is unclear of a WG person did that). They said that stamping in this manner is "not good" and "stamping the money only once would be preferable and adequate."

Does this mean that we should not stamp the backs?
