New Public forum format

As you can tell, I have changed the layout of the Public Forum. I think it is alot better then before. While I'm sure some of you won't like it, I believe the majority will find it alot easier to navigate. I have do three points to make about the new layout:

First, the center gray bar between the two panels is moveable, so you can resize the split screen to your liking.

Second, all new messages will have the new format you see here: The Subject is much smaller, and I moved the message body so it is more visible without scrolling. All new messages posted will look like this, but all old messages will still need some scrolling to read them.

Third, you can click on the "Open Forum in Full Window" to open the Forum in a full browser window (outside of the menu panel and the George-O-Meter) to give yourself more space to read the forum messages.
