it is not just the number of bills entered i think the most important thing it the number of hits someone has recived and the percent of hit rate concidering geting hits is the ultimate goal.
mabey a listing of top ten by total hits / hit rate / bills entered since bills entered is the minor part of the rating of top ten users.
and my main complaint is not that i am number one user and trying to stay number one i just do not agree on having a point system. it really is not fair to everyone, (as you can see by my hit rate i already get penalize everytime i enter bills by my hit rate droping. atleast i have control over that t is my choice to enter more or sit back wait for a few more hits to come in and enter more so my rate does not drop to much.)
as per people faking bills entered and hits, that is the job of the web site management to watch out for. so to say a ranking system would cause people to fake entries is not o good enough excuse to use for rating systems.
