I've now add the capability for you to go back and edit any notes you have put on your bills. Just go to "Your Bills" and bring up any list of bills. You should see a button next to each bill that say "Edit Notes". Just hit that button for the bill you wish to edit, and you will get a form with the existing note. Just update the note and hit the submit button and your "all set".
