If you did some research for once, you would see that Bush never voted on the Farr amendment. The amendment never made it out of the rules committee. (which gwb is not part of.) The Water and Energy bill that is in your story was PASSED. Its amazing that more people can't see that you often post lies and fiction just because you don't like him. I don't like him either, but I don't make shit up just to prove my point.
