All kidding aside, if you can convince the people to vote for you and your plan, then what is the harm. If the people do not ask and recieved your plan, then who is the fool?
From my view, Davis should not have been elected the second time. But he was. If the law allowes him to be run out of office by the people who put him there, I say "more power to the people!"!
