But I do have an important question. You talk about Hank's rules on this issue... what exactly are those rules? The User Guidelines talk about it being wrong to trade bills with other users. But finding multiple bills in circulation from one other Georger is not the same. I assume Hank must have posted about this on the forum, or something. I would like to know what these rules are.

Understand, I'm not attacking you. I am just interested in knowing what the rules are, as stated by Hank, on this issue, because I honestly don't know... and would like to. Thanks,
