It is not the 'End' cutoff value. Actually, it is the 'Begin' cutoff value for the next range. I guess the term 'cutoff' was misleading to me (years ago). There must be a more intuitive term. i.e. 'Begin value'?

I appreciate your input. I am always trying to improve those instructions for new users. Thanks again. I feel like a goof. Hmm, it amazes me that others who used the instructions were not confused as well. *puppy dog eyes*
