: Your profile is coming along quite nicely. Here are a couple of pointers.

: 1) If you are not already doing so, you should get in a habit of saving a backup version of your profile (file / save as), and then experiment with some changes. After you are satisfied with your changes, make another backup. Should you get to a point where you feel you are lost, you can easily revert to a backed-up version and start again. *smile*

: 2) Excellent, I see you were able to display the Korea hit below the map legend. You still have some unfinished ‘Korea hit’ code at the top of the profile. *smile*

: 3) You almost have the map image displayed on your profile. All you need to do is add the ‘greater than sign’ after the word ‘Georger’ and before the ‘img src=’. The actual map image URL in your profile looks fine. It should display your map, when you add the ‘greater than sign’. Don’t be afraid. It is the same command that you successfully used when linking your Korea hit.

: 4) Left click in the ‘Profile Text:’ box, and use the ‘find’ command [Crtl-F] to quickly locate the ‘img src=’ code.

: 5) This will give you a little head start for your HTML class next week. *smile* Learning HTML for the first time can sometimes seem overwhelming. It took me a while to get use to it, and I write computer programs for a living (different languages) *smile*. Don’t feel as though you need to know ‘everything’ at once. Take your time, and go at your own pace. Half the battle is knowing where to find the information and remembering where to locate it again. If you don’t mind, I will list a few HTML resources for you to reference again, again, and again. Please bookmark this post, so that you will have it for quick reference in the future.
