The "rules" state the following
Giving bills to friends, relatives and/or associates for the purpose of re-entry into the website violates the whole premise of Where's George?.

Now what if you are giving them as a gift...I know when I give marked bills I tell my friend not to enter them, just spend them.

So, in other words, the question really is...
Can someone send me a george to spend if I dont enter it I just spend their money??
