When you run YOUR BILLS in the morning (I presume you mean after 5:00 AM, ie., after the nightly database update) and sometime well before noon. The 4:00 AM database update integrates all your previous day's hits 'n things into your account, and when you run YOUR BILLS, you force the update of your various reports. Because you're running this early, you haven't had any hits on this new day yet, so anything that comes in after you run YOUR BILLS will not be included until the next day.
Now, when you wait until the evening to run YOUR BILLS, you're expecting it to include any hits from that morning until the time in the evening when you run YOUR BILLS. True, sort of. I believe hits received, and bills entered will be updated by running YOUR BILLS for George Score calculation purposes, but your various State / County / ZIP reports are not updated. They are only updated when two events occur: the 4:00 to 5:00 AM nightly database maintenance, A N D the run of YOUR BILLS. Since you waited until evening to run YOUR BILLS, those new hits haven't been integrated into your account's database yet (you have to wait until 4:00 to 5:00 AM the following day for the next scheduled database update, and only after you run YOUR BILLS after the 4:00 to 5:00 AM update).
So the brief answer is, you're Georger Score will be higher if you wait until evening to run YOUR BILLS because it will include any bills that you receive hits on during the day, as well as bills entered. But as far as State / County / ZIP reports, it won't matter if you run early in the morning (after 5:00 AM) or wait until evening because YOUR BILLS won't pick up that day's hits until after the following morning's 4:00 to 5:00 AM database update.
