: It might -FEEL- like we're all continually having to clarify the rules and that people just don't want to accept them, but in fact it's probably that new members go through the same learning curve of "but what about this..." and "is this okay..." and how about if I..." and that we're not repeating the rules to old-timers, but to newbies who haven't assimilated it all yet.
