I've been notified about the bill linked below SEVERAL TIMES. IT CLEARLY violated ALL the rules at WG. Most of the entries on this bill will be deleted tomorrow - I'm just posting it here to give those people involved fair notice.

Bills with hits like these will continue to be deleted as I find them, and people will not get any notification of such deletions, so don't ask.

And just in case people didn't get it the first time:

BILL TRADING AND HITTING AMONG WG USERS, FOR WHATEVER REASON VIOLATES THE RULES.
