I've said this MANY TIMES BEFORE. I don't care if YOU THINK it is a legitimate transaction - if you are both WG users, and you are exchanging bills which you know will be hits for either of you, they ARE NOT VALID HITS AND SHOULD NEVER BE ENTERED. Yes, you can exchange them, BUT YOU CAN'T HIT THEM. End of story. I will not respond to questions on this statement - it is clear enough as stated. YOU KNOW THE SPIRIT OF THE RULES - if you think you have to justify it somehow, then you are breaking them.
