Check out one of the news headlines from CoinWorld (that wonderful online news source that needs to be batted over the head for taking away its articles). They say that there will bo NO 2003 bills printed AND that there won't be a short run of Marin-signed bills (implying that the 2004 $20's will be a full run with her autograph). This is all in response to her stepping down June 30th.

Yeah, ok... Maybe if they weren't cheap, we'd know more of what's going on here. Or maybe if I was less lazy and more resourceful. You know, whichever.
