You are not allowed to do this type of contest. First, the site does not offer any prizes whatsoever, and you don't have the right to offer a prize in the user note, even if you mean well.

Second, what are you going to do when someone enters the bill, wins your prize, then gives it to a friend, and so-on and so-on. You could be out of alot of money since you have no way to control the dollar bill.

Remove your "prize" user note immediately. Thank you.
