Subject: "Almost Destroyed" currency?

We all know that bills go to the Fed to be evaluated to be destroyed, and we all know that a decent chunk of those bills get put back into circulation.
My question is: "How do these bills get back into circulation?"
Are they mixed with better bills, or do they bundle all the crappy nasty bills together, and send them out that way?
I want one of those "nasty straps"!!
Just curious if anyone knows, I bet there are a lot of Georges in there.
