I am looking for a consensus opinion here. I just got Arkansas today which brings me up to 48 states. I still need Connecticut and Delaware, but here is the rub---Even though I have not recieved any Connecticut hits, I have found a wild that started there. In fact it was a naked Ben!

So...assuming I get Delaware can I count this Wild as Connecticut or do the rules require I actually get a hit from there.

All opinions appreciated especially Richard in AZ as he is the keeper of the list.
