let's say I found a Chicken George in the wild.... Just the web address on the margin in the back.

I normally stamp a circle around the FRB seal and a one line "Track This Bill..." on the back (sometimes on the front too.

Since somebody already marked this bill, do I add my stamps? Or do I just "catch, enter and release"?
