Do you save all of your e-mail notifications when you get a hit?

I have saved the e-mail from every hit that I have ever gotten. But as the years go by, I am amassing quite a collection of them.

I am too sentimental to delete them, but with over 750 of them, I am wondering if I should be more practical rather than sentimental.
