For the ***few*** people who complained about the time zone now being local instead of EST, I put the UTC offset there so they can now properly calculate/track their hits as before. That's it. I'm not going to add a user preference or anything else for this tiny feature. If you like the time being local - you've got that. If you don't, just do some simple math.
