1. What is the appropriate "type of inquiry" (if it matters)? "Problem" seems closest.
2. In the Denom/Series/Serial would you want the correct series or the incorrect series? (The latter is probably what the behind-the-scenes intelligence would use, but it's counter-intuitive to put that in the form.)
