Not a day goes by at work we don't have a customer saying "but I can buy that part at AutoZone for $xx, why are you going to charge $yy?"... Next thing you know somebody's going to ask Hank how much it'll be to get WG boxers & mugs made if they supply their OWN items to be marked!
