I spend my every bill marked and waiting for a hit...and I keep a eye out hoping to find someone elses marked bill...I paid for lunch yesterday $35.00 plus a tip all with dollar bills marked....the waitress could of easily hit everyone of these! Which would of been "legal". If I had the opportunity to be working with cash I would hit every bill I came across!
