I owe a friend money for a football bet. He knows about my "Georging Obsession" and laughs about it. But he said if I pay him with marked bills, he will enter them for me. Is this against the rules?

I don't want to a) get in trouble or b) get deleted but IMHO it's legit since I am not just swapping money, but paying a debt...Opinions, toughts?
