I just had a notice of a series change ...on a bill I enterd.
OK I can except that If i made a mistake...but this is a series change from another Georger YET I did not receive a hit....How can somebody just randomly change my entered bills....with out it being a hit????

and who says that the same number cannot exist for 1995 and 1999 bills???

This is difficult for me to accept. I am told the bill is changed...but my entry or additional info is non existant...I can't check it out unless I have a clue when I logged it.
