that you add an instruction to pick the nearest available city for those countries with multiple cities on the city selection page. There is no "other" option on the city dropdown list similar to the option on the country list. It may help those who are confused when they cannot locate their actual city on the list.

I wish this upgrade had been available this past August when I had the opportunity to enter some bills while overseas.
