Subject: Quality Control suggestion: the recently-entered bills button

I finally figured out why the "All recently entered Bills" button should always be present.

I think the times it's not there are whenever YB is run and there are no bills entered in the previous or current day (should be longer, as is the report, but that's a different matter).

Anyway, if one enters a bill whenever it's the case that the button is missing, it remains missing. Then there's no way to check your entries after you make them, EXCEPT by refreshing "Your Bills."

However, I'm getting close to 5000 bills entered, and then there is no YB refresh. I don't feel a need to refresh the statistics, but as things stand now, I feel a need to refresh the buttons!

If unable to check my bill entries, quality control WILL suffer. I DO find corrections when I check my bills against the list (usually, transposed digits).

There should be no harm in ALWAYS having the button be present; if there are no "recent bills," it could pop up a message similar to a search with no matches.
