I was talking to an account manager at my bank today, and I mentioned how the dollar coin has really been a dud. She then mentioned that she had read/heard that the Feds are going to phase out the paper one eventually and we will all be forced to use a coin instead. I find this just a little hard to believe. I had never heard this, and did not find any reference to the on the BEP homepage. Say it ain't so joe! Anyone "heard" anything like this?
