I think it might be less confusing if their names were *always* aqua. Twice in the past I've seen people ask whether "mitch" is the same as "m i t c h"; it'll only add confusion if there's also "mitch" in the mix. Forum names are often distinguished by small typographical differences ("CHRIS" is not "Chris", and so on...). It's not obvious to a new user that color, unlike spacing and capitalisation, can only be bestowed by Hank. Therefore I think it'd be best *not* to create white and aqua variants of the same people....

Of course, this is just my opinion, too....
