: : A few days ago I solicited volunteers to help answering the volume of email I receive. Thanks to all who offered to help, but I now have a team of people who are going to help with the messages I get from the "Contact Us" form page.
: : The first round of "active" Team Aqua members are: fogette, Slowpoke, HMG in Mass, and mitch. So if you use the Contact Us form to send me a message, you might get a response from one of them, unless it is a serious issue that I need to deal with, them I'll deal with it and respond. The team has been given limited ability to fix problems on the site (like delete offensive user notes), so I don't have to. There are also two "reserve" members of Team Aqua - Spencer and Dr. Ask. They will relieve any "active" member if/when they wish to take a break. Many personal thanks go out to the Team, and especially Slowpoke and fogette who beta-tested the response system with me to work out all the bugs. The system is already working much better than I had imagined, so I am pleased.
: : Finally, "Team Aqua" was a term coined (of course) by Slowpoke.. Aqua is short for "Associate QUestion Answerers". Thanks SP, you've done it again.
