On this system (Windows ME) I can copy the User Note to the Clipboard, and then use Ctrl+V to get it into the Note field on the entry screen. A little bit simpler than retyping it every time.

I assume I can do the same thing on my system at work. Still, if we could get the note to stay there that would be better.
