I desire to remove as many manual procedures as possible.

We desire to streamline the process. Best case scenario:
1) One click to download all my "Your Bills" info from WG.
2) One click to import that data into my resident data structure (Access, Excel…) (actually, one could setup a scheduled process (or macro) that could import the data on scheduled basis (once a day or month).
3) Run your reports that would export that information to webpages.

Example: Some people (not me.. I used to), number each hit. If one of the hits is deemed bogus, then that person has to manually adjust those hit numbers. If you have the data dump, it will be done for you.

Currently, I am only tracking information for initial hits in a state. I would like to track all hits (maybe all entries), but will not invest the time and energy without a data dump. *pout*
