Basically, this experiment involves having 1 person from each state enter 25 bills, all into a single account, at around the same time, then releasing them at the same time.
Here's the current (short) list:

Connecticut: Darkwing Duck
Louisiana: niffir
Massachussetts: HMG in MAss
Nebraska: Dave Fremont NE
Rhode Island: Stacia

Anyone who wants to volunteer for their state please respond here. States will be represented on a 1st come/1st serve basis so post quick if you want to participate for your state.
