I don't see him doing it (or was going to do it) for any personal gain. There's no prizes for Hits. He was talking about a separate account for just those bills, like Chuck's Demo account and Colleen S's Crispy and Poor George demo accounts.
Afterall, some people consider having 5000 bills entered a "disadvantage" because you loose certain features of the site.
