Its a machine that mimics the persons signature. I've seen one in use before. They only way you can tell the difference is by looking at the impression. If it is mimiced by the machine the indent that is made by the pen on the paper is constant. If it signed by a real person the indent made by pen on the paper is not constant. But the signatures are identical. At least thats what I was told.
