p.s. I really dislike "web forms" but I understand your reasons. At least you give the option of a CC (though I'd rather the default were "on" rather than "off" in case I forget), but I think it'll be tricky to get that into my "sent mail."

p.p.s. Your Subject says "most issues." What issues are exceptions? What address would apply for that? (Maybe the site's not responding or something?)
