I've noticed that's pretty inexact, and that you can overtype in that window, resulting in your comment getting chopped. Is it hard to add a "stop" of some kind to that window so that you CAN'T type more than is allowed?

I've had a couple of hits like the one linked below. Most of us know how to go back and edit a message that is too long, but I doubt your first-time visitor to the site will know how to do that. Well, if you read this, Hank, it's just an idea. Peace,
