: Last October I entered and spent 14 Georges in Washington, DC. None have shown up as of yet. I still need Washington, DC for my hit map.

Where in DC did you spend the georges. Lots of tourists there. If you spent them at the tourists spots they probably found a tourist to go home with and not a local.

: In August / September 2001, I took a trip to Europe. I entered 200 Georges in Arnhem, Holland. I visited and spent Georges in England, Wales, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy. No hits overseas. My Dutch Pigeon Georges have returned from Holland to receive hits here in the states (All on the North East Coast – Most in MAss).

How did you spend these georges? Last time I checked all of those countries have thier own currency.

If you spent the georges at the currency exchange expect all of them to make their way back to the states. I've even gotten my very own bills back from a currency exchage before! But then again not very many Itaians exchange USD for FF and then come back to Italy with left over FF and exchage them back for USD. :)

If actually found places that took USD overseas then most likely they went to a currency exchange or bank and are on their way back to the USA.

If you want your bills hit overseas your best bet is to get them in to the hands of US military serving overseas. I'd be happy to spend any bills you send me. :) But if your not the type to giving georges away...
Spend your georges early in the morning or very late at night at the 7-11 (or simular store) near a military base. Fast food restraunts are good places to spend georges, right before the lunch rush and of you see someone with a list in their hands try to get ahead of that guy so he gets all your bills. If you know when the next deployment is... spend, spend, spend, spend!

Once a bill ends up on a US miltary base overseas it tends to stay there for a long while. Depending on how that base interacts with others near by it may even hop around the area. My bills go to Germany quite often. The US banks on military bases tend to put more ratty looking bills back in to circulation and keep them out their longer than banks in the states. It just isn't cost effective to be sending questionable bills half way around the world when they are still spendable.
