Thanks Claudain... and just for anyone who thinks they can do better, I just have one question: How would you design a site to handle over 10,000,000 records (bills), that is gets on *average* over 70 queries PER SECOND?. During busy times, that can be as high as 300 queries per second. Just think about that for a few moments.
