Subject: Hank elaborates on highlighter use:

Okay, so my obnoxious self harassed Hank for more information about highlighter use. (Hey, what are Friends fees for!) So I thought I'd share:

Yes, I prefer that the serial numbers are not highlighted or circled with a highlighter. Edges are ok.

Hank,

Okay, I feel bad asking this, as I'm sure you've probably already handledthis. But searching through and posting to the forums have not resolved my question...

Someone directed me to a post you made back in December stating that you'd rather us not highlight bills. You said it was too close to rendering a bill unfit, and all that. But due to the context of that particular thread, I feel like you meant highlighting just the serial number. But I'm not sure. So I wanted to ask you, once and for all, if highlighting other parts of a bill, like the bill margins, circling the serial number with a highlighter, etc., is acceptable practice.

Thanks again for all you do...
