One point though. If the bill is your's, you can see the ZIP Code in the Hits By State report. If you are a Friend you can see the ZIP Code on all bills.

: Lance's U.S. ZIP codes of Foreign Countries is a great list of US zip codes used by US military commands. However, if the list is to be used by civilians to find a usable zip code it would need a few changes.

: Instructions should be provided on how to use the list and when leaving a user note to put where they are. For example any entries in Europe show up as state code AE. If they do not leave a user note telling what country and city they are in you will never know.

: A mini faq right on the page might be necessary. Some people might not understand why their isn't a zip code for their city or why their are 2 or 3 zip codes for their city and which one to use. For example the Base that I am at in Sicily has 4 different zip codes. When given a choice some people dont.

: Country and city names should be changed from the american spellings to the spellings that the people from those cities use to make easier for them to locate a US zip code near by.

: The list should be sorted by Country and then by City. It is currently sorted by zip code.

: And lastly some nit-pick items:

: Country codes should be changed to reflect international country codes. For example Germany on the list is GE but it know internationaly as DE.

: Temporary zip codes for deployed units and zip codes for USN ships chould be removed.

: Comments should be removed, they may confuse.
