Spending large quantities of bills at a local vendor is just as bad as depositing the same stack at a bank, as you can see. Please use your heads when spending WG money as to how many bills you spend in one place, and where you think they are going to go. There is the "letter of the law (guidelines)" and the "spirit of the law/guidelines"... just because you didn't deposit them at a bank doesn't mean doing it somewhere else won't cause the same problems. As I've said before, is doing that worth losing the site over? Come on people, we've come a long way - let's not jeopardize it all just so some people can spend large quantities of bills in one place that isn't a bank. And for the record, when I met with the Secret Service, it was an equal number of banks and ordinary vendors/merchants that had complained to SS headquarters in Washington about WG.
