I enjoy buying banner ads on the website to advertise my website. While I've never made a sale from a banner hit EVER, it doesn't matter because I don't buy the ads to make sales (I sell on eBay for that), I buy the ads so my wife won't pee in my Cheerios for "giving" my money away. ;o)

: I'm really hoping that I get a job soon, though, as I'd like to "advertise my website" on a monthly basis. LOL!!

: And when Hank says that revenues from banner ads have dropped, believe him. Banner ads are extremely ineffective ways of advertising unless you have them targeted so tight that your target demographic can't resist clicking, and even then there's no guarantee of a sale.
