it isn't all for naught- you can still use what you learned in "profile" section of your profile, just not in the name and city fields... take a look at mine below, pretty small and cheesy, but there's html-tags a'plenty in it.
and thanks to hank, i know the iowa page was screwed up for a while because somebody missed something vital in a tag in his/her name field. :)
